HI, I’M CARLOS MONTEIRO
I’m a seasoned business development, company building and personal branding professional with over fifteen years of experience in the international arena.
I began my international business development Career at the Danish Consulate in Brazil in 2009. I was hired as a trainee to bridge relationships between Danish and Brazilian companies.
In June 2013 I moved to Denmark. After a short adaptation period I decided to start my own company in Denmark. It’s been a great journey and over the years I’ve been working with Global companies focused on Retail, Retail Technology, building High-level networks, and accelerating market entry in Markets such as U.K | Romania| Poland | Bulgaria| Denmark| Holland.
I also coach decision makers on how to use Linkedin to build authority and thought leadership so they can establish themselves in new markets.

What drives me is to enable decision-makers and companies to thrive in foreign markets by combining technology, building communities, and ultimately and equally importantly by connecting with other human beings.
My passion for company building can be traced back to the Danish trade council, where I spent substantial amounts of time helping Danish companies to get establish and to thrive in Brazil.
In a nutshell, I help retail /retail technology firms and decision-makers to strategize and to build communities internationally that will generate pipeline, enable quality high-level conversations with high-level decision-makers and ultimately will impact how these companies close deals, faster. For me, being able to have real human interactions and interacting with people from different countries with the most varied background is the most rewarding part of my job.
During my trips, I interview some of the sharpest and most successful business leaders so I can share specific know-how about how they envision the future, how they are expanding their businesses internationally and how these companies are adopting and evolving with new technologies.
Lastly, in my spare time, I love spending time with my wife, children and going to the squash club where I try to improve my game. You are most welcome to invite me for a match.
